Are your parts original?

We fit original pulls or high-grade compatible parts. You choose, and we tell you which one before we start. Both carry the same 90-day warranty.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in our lab. Every repair is done at our own benches, never sent out, and most hardware jobs need no passcode. If one does, we ask first.

How long will my repair take?

Phone repairs take 30 to 60 minutes while you wait. Water damage and board-level work take 1 to 3 working days. We WhatsApp you when it is ready.

What if you cannot fix it?

If we can't fix it, you pay nothing for the diagnosis. You collect your device as it came in.

How does free pickup work?

Free same-day pickup within the Klang Valley. WhatsApp us your location, a rider collects the device, and we send the quote before any work starts.
